| In 2000, the current principals of ARCLOGIX formed ARCLOGIX. Our TMS software reflected
the supply chain software industry's direction of providing an Internet/Web based software that served either
or both the traditional licensee of software and the new interest in an ASP offering. In early 2001, ARCLOGIX acquired
Logistics Information Systems as we began our quest for the new technology TMS software of the 21st Century. |

| The principals of ARCLOGIX have in their previous positions brought to TMS software:
A true inbound planning application in the early 90's; the first Windows-based TMS (implemented one week
after Microsoft's Windows 95 release), a Web-based import of shipping data in the mid-90's; a
client-server architecture in the late 90's; and a real time enterprise (RTE) dynamic [re]planning system
(DPS) with full Internet connectivity in 2002. |

themselves to ARCLOGIX's dynamic intelligence restructuring of our transportation models. These models are based
